Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any courses or programs offered by Shurojhankar Academy. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for admission, registration, and monthly fees. By enrolling in any course or program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Admission and Registration Fees:

a. Neither the admission fee nor the registration fee is refundable for vocational or academic courses offered by Shurojhankar Academy. These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Monthly Fee Refunds:

a. Monthly fees may be eligible for a refund if the student has paid in advance and decides to discontinue the course.

b. To be eligible for a monthly fee refund, the student must provide a written notice of discontinuation to Shurojhankar Academy. The notice should include the student's name, course details, and a valid reason for discontinuation.

c. Refunds of monthly fees will be subject to scrutiny by the academy officers, who will verify the validity of the reasons provided in the student's notice.

d. Refunds will only be processed if the student has abided by the rules and regulations outlined in the Student Agreement Program (SAP) as signed by the student at the time of enrollment.

e. The academy reserves the right to determine the validity of reasons provided and the eligibility for a refund based on its sole discretion.

3. Academic Courses:

a. For academic courses such as MA, BA, Diploma in Music, and similar programs, the full course fees must be cleared within the first two months of enrollment.

b. If a student decides to discontinue the course at any point during the program, the admission and registration fees will not be refundable.

c. Refunds for semester fees will be considered based on the facilities enjoyed by the student during the classes. A desired amount will be deducted from the refund as per the services provided.

4. Refund Process:

a. To request a refund, the student must submit a written request to Shurojhankar Academy's administrative office. The request should include the student's name, course details, reason for discontinuation, and any supporting documents as required.

b. The academy officers will review the refund request and conduct a thorough scrutiny of the request and the student's compliance with the Student Agreement Program.

c. The refund, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable time period as determined by Shurojhankar Academy.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

a. In addition to the non-refundable admission and registration fees mentioned above, the following items are non-refundable:

   i. Any fees paid for books, materials, or additional resources provided to the student.

   ii. Any fees paid for workshops, seminars, or special events organized by Shurojhankar Academy.

   iii. Any fees paid for non-course-related services or products offered by the academy.

6. Modifications to the Refund Policy:

a. Shurojhankar Academy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the academy's website.

b. It is the responsibility of the students to review this Refund Policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.

By enrolling in any course or program offered by Shurojhankar Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy.
